Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Thinly sliced pork belly: 100g
- Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
- Kimchi: 100g
- Green onion: 100g
- Garlic chives (nira): 50g
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon

Preparation
- Cut off the root ends of the green onion.
- Slice the green onion diagonally into thin slices. Cut the garlic chives into 3 cm (about 1 inch) lengths.
- Cut the pork belly into 3 cm wide pieces.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork belly over medium heat.
- Once the pork is cooked through, add the kimchi and green onion, and continue stir-frying over medium heat.
- When the green onion becomes tender, add the garlic chives and soy sauce, then quickly stir-fry over medium heat and remove from the heat.
- Serve on a plate, and it’s ready to enjoy.
